Does this program have formal articulation agreements with other postsecondary institutions?

Yes, currently only Boise State University (BSU) for their Bachelor of Applied Science in Cyber Operations and Resilience Degree (BAS/CORe).

Please list the articulation agreements and the last date of review.

A three year Articulation Agreement between BSU and NIC was signed in April 2022. Will need to be reviewed by April 2025.

What significant recommendations or changes in articulations have affected the program over the past five years, if any?

Our articulation agreement with Central Washington University and Highline College have both expired. When contacted about renewal neither institution was interested.

How has the program responded to those recommendations or changes?

The BSU CORe agreement is fully implemented.

Several students have expressed concern over the transfer of credits. Faculty advised that the credits do in fact transfer per the articulation agreement and as of this writing two students are enrolled in the CORe program.

Identify any current employment indicators that are related to the program and identify the sources of those indictors.

Local and regional labor news sources are reporting that this area is experiencing a higher than anticipated technology-related job growth and company start-ups (via the Idaho Bureau of Labor Statistics).
