41 Review Team: Review of the Process

Please indicate the strengths of this review process.

Faculty was willing to answer questions about the process before and during the review. Parking pass was provided for campus, lunch was provided, as well as a comfortable and spacious working environment.

Please indicate the weaknesses of this review process.

Committee members did not receive an agenda, calendar invite, or Pressbooks copy of the program until two days prior to program review. Date of review changed a few weeks in advance. Pressbooks link did not work upon initial email to review the program and document was ultimately provided via PDF format from faculty the day prior to review.  Pressbooks is not user friendly and not easy to navigate the chapters.

Do you have any suggestions for improving this process.

Provide a calendar invitation and agenda several weeks in advance of review. Provide Pressbooks link with instructions at least one week in advance of review. Please provide detailed instructions of what the process of the review is prior to the day of review. Committee did not realize this was an independent review, thus, had multiple questions at the onset of the review for faculty.
