1 NIC Division Chair Responsibilities
The Division Chairperson is directly responsible to his or her dean and the Provost. The responsibilities of the chair include the supervision and evaluation of the faculty and staff assigned to their division. The chair is also responsible for the organization, planning, and evaluation and assessment of the programs and courses within their division.
Division Chairpersons will be issued a modified faculty contract. Each Division Chair will be contracted for additional on-campus days beyond the standard faculty contract.
