11 Waivers and Substitutions

Complete the Graduation Course Substitution or Waiver Form to grant a student a substitution or waiver of program requirements for the student’s area of emphasis. A student may not have more than 2 courses substituted or waived in their area of emphasis. This form is not intended to be used to waive or substitute program requirements for the General Studies A.S. or A.A degrees.

Note: You can only grant substitutions or waivers for the courses you directly oversee. You can not waive another areas requirements. For example, Engineering cannot waive the English requirements.
