Student Evaluations

In your instructor packet you will have evaluation bubble sheets to distribute to your students on the last day of class. We ask that the instructor steps out of the room while the evaluations are being completed.  Before leaving the room please select one student to collect the completed forms and place in the envelope provided, the student should seal the envelope once all evaluations have been returned. These need to be returned with your class packet within 48 hours of your last class.

Evaluations are very important. They are used for our required reporting for quality scoring and accreditation so please make sure you allow enough time before class ends for students to complete their evaluation.

You will be sent a copy of the results and any comments that were made for your review.
