The Workforce Training Center is made up of several departments and teams:

Operations (OPS)

Operations is the front face of the organization. Operations handles the customer service and course logistics work, handling everything general inquiries, student registration, instructor packet creation and processing, student record management, course listing management, e-learning, financials, the testing center, building maintenance, and more. They are critical to the success of our programming and maintain a wealth of information.

Workforce Development (WD)

The Workforce Developtment team (WD) manages a variety of programs and works to offer new courses that meet the needs of the region’s employers. WD offerings are “open enrollment” in nature. Similar programming offered directly to employers can be developed and are done so through WD’s partner-department, Customized Training. Programming under WD can be diverse and currently includes including commercial driving, welding, professional development, human resources, and all of our online content provider (self-paced, online) options.

The WD team consists of a Coordinator and Sr. Administrative Assistant who supports both WD and Customized Training.

Customized Training (CT)
