11 What changes in the program faculty/staff are expected in the next five years? (e.g. retirement, addition of new positions, etc.) Please explain.

Three full-time faculty positions were vacated over the past five years. One of these positions has been filled and the other two are being pursued. One to three retirements are expected to occur over the next five years.
