18 Please discuss student completion trends

On average, we have a 73% pass rate in our courses with a 10% fail rate and a 12% withdrawal rate.  These rates are improvements over the rates of our last program review (Fall 2018 data), which saw an average 71% pass rate, 14% fail rate, and a 15% withdrawal rate.
The fall 2023 results in MATH-175 continue to be lower than we would like, however our results in MATH-170 have increased to a 90% success rate, 6% fail rate and a 4% withdrawal rate.

In our most recent completion data during Spring 2023 our gateway GEM 3 courses had a successful completion percentage of MATH-123 (82.9%), MATH-143 (76.8%). During Fall 2023 our GEM 3 gateway courses had a successful completion of MATH-123 (81.6%), MATH-143 (71.2%), and MATH-153 (74.4%).
