37 Review Team: What are program weaknesses/potential threats?

The review team has identified the following weaknesses/threats:

• Lack of compensation for faculty for innovations and course development opportunities (i.e., salaries or stipends)
• Diminished emphasis on dual credit resulting in loss of revenue opportunities.
• Impact of the current climate surrounding the accreditation issues which results in low morale of faculty and staff.
• Insecurity among current and potential students regarding the future of the college.
