10 What changes in the program faculty/staff are expected in the next five years? (e.g. retirement, addition of new positions, etc.) Please explain.

We anticipate hiring an additional full-time faculty member and expect this will have a positive impact on enrollments, course offerings, advising, completion of program review recommendations, and overall health of the psychology program at NIC.
