Tenure

Tenure recognizes faculty members that demonstrate effective teaching through a          comprehensive review process. At North Idaho the tenure policy and procedures (Policy 3.02.09) are presumed to encompass rights and responsibilities, which are based on the principles of fairness and the provisions of due process.
