44 Communication

All faculty are provided an email account (firstname.lastname @ nic.edu) to be used for all email correspondence pertaining to work for NIC.  Faculty are expected to monitor this account regularly.  NIC has provided an online Employee Directory.

NIC regulary corresponds to employees via NICNow, it is your responsibility as a faculty member to read NICNow. NICNow includes a calendar of events, current news, and updates that affect NIC.  Please read NICNow which is delivered to your email account, and check out the NIC News webpage.

Your division meetings are where you will receive much of the communication coming from administration. Division meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of the month at noon. Check with your chair or Sr. Admin for location information.
