24 Adjunct and Overload Contracts
- Click the tile for Softdocs Etrieve Forms from the MyNIC Portal
- Click “Forms”
- Under “Human Resources” locate the HR Letter of Appointment form
- Initiate your LOA
- Add your division chair and your division admin from the drop-down menus
- Click “Submit”
